How to start a return

Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method.

Conditions

Items should come back clean and, if possible, in the original packaging, including the tripod and USB-C cable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Refund timing
